- Promotional Annual Percentage Rate on balance transfers for the Advia Platinum Advantage Points and Fixed Rate made during the first 12 billing cycles after date of transfer during promotional period 1/1/25 - 3/31/25. Promotional offer does not extend to Business Visa Platinum Credit Card. A balance transfer fee of either $10 or 3% of the amount transferred, whichever is greater, will be assessed for each balance transfer processed on that account. Following the promotional balance transfer period of 12 months, the standard non-promotional APR will apply beginning the first day of new billing cycle. The non-promo APR for the Platinum Advantage Points and the Platinum Fixed Rate, is as low as 15.00% and 8.90% respectively.
