- 1 Promotional Annual Percentage Rate on balance transfers for the Advia Platinum Advantage Points and Fixed Rate made during the first 12 billing cycles after date of transfer during promotional period 1/1/25 - 3/31/25. A balance transfer fee of either $10 or 3% of the amount transferred, whichever is greater, will be assessed for each balance transfer processed on that account.
