Here's a look at Advia's latest well-deserved promotions and new hires:
Oto Ricardo

Oto has been promoted to Director of Information Security and Cyber Risk at Advia’s Oshtemo Branch. He will lead efforts to enhance security operations to protect member data, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain trust and financial stability at Advia Credit Union. He holds a BBA and is pursuing a Master’s in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.
Kimberly Kamps

Kimberly has been promoted to Member Contact Sales Assistant Manager. Kimberly will oversee the Member Contact Center Sales team, focusing on coaching and developing team members to maintain our member’s positive satisfaction and drive the credit union's growth. She has been with Advia since 2011 and has held various roles within the Member Contact Center.
Hunter Machin

Hunter has been promoted to Member Contact Service Assistant Manager at Advia’s Oshtemo Branch. Hunter will support the Member Contact Center team and handle escalations, ensuring excellent member service and operational efficiency. He holds a Bachelor’s in Aviation Management with a minor in Business from Western Michigan University.
Melissa Pera

Melissa has been promoted to Branch Manager at Advia’s Q Avenue location. Melissa will lead the Q Ave team by focusing on high levels of member service and supporting the local community. She has been with Advia since 2017 and has experience in lending and member services.
Tammy Meyer

Tammy has been promoted to Manager of Core Systems at Advia’s Beloit-Cranston location. Tammy will oversee the core banking system and its ancillary systems to ensure successful integration with other technologies, enhancing Advia’s ability to offer innovative and competitive services. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Analysis and a certificate in Project Management.
