Visa® Text Alerts

Stay protected with Visa® Fraud Text Alerts from 21556.

Visa Debit and Credit Card alerts will rapidly prevent any potential fraud or loss of funds. Any time a potentially fraudulent transaction is detected, members who have a mobile number on file will receive text message alerts from 21556.

How it works: No opt-in is required. Simply respond to the text message received.

  • Text N if the transaction is recognized and is not fraudulent
  • Text Y if the transaction is not recognized and potentially fraudulent
  • In the case of a Y response, a temporary block will be placed on the card, and members will receive a text asking to call Advia’s Fraud Detection Team immediately

Visa® purchase text and email alerts from 90934.

Get immediately notified when your Credit or Debit Card has been used for a purchase. Choose to receive Visa Purchase Alerts via email or by text from 90934.

How it works: Enroll at purchasealerts.visa.com. Then, set the guidelines of how and why you’ll get alerted. We suggest alerts for purchases over a specified dollar amount, made outside the U.S, and online & phone purchases that don't require your card to be present.

Report Fraudulent Activity

If you notice suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity on your account, please contact us immediately. If contacting us during normal business hours, please call 844.238.4228. Outside normal business hours, please call 833.371.8977.

Report Lost/Stolen Card

Can’t find your card? Don’t delay – if you think your card may be lost or stolen, report it to us immediately at 844.238.4228. We can place a temporary hold on your card while you look for it or cancel it so you can get a new instantly issued card at any of our branch locations.

Travel Notification

To allow you uninterrupted access to purchases while traveling, and to help in our fraud prevention efforts, consider setting up a Travel Notification. You can do this through the Cards menu in Digital Banking, by calling us at 844.ADVIA.CU, or by visiting any branch.
